2nd run figures are prepped and ready for painting. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/540/3IGdxO.jpg I wanted to continue using Kenner/Real Ghostbusters colors for their Equipment as it is modeled after the same, however, the Slime Blower is Movie based. Here it is, Dry Brushed with Silve...

For those who think that just gluing the Arms on would be fine, you are correct, they would stick to the Figure. But I wouldn't try doing this. Yeah, I'm shaking him. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/673/ooQjXS.jpg Now that the Glue has set, we can fill in the gaps. For that I'm going to...

Weather has been jumpy here. It just happened that a high Temp, no Rain and Time Off all lined up so I was able to get him primed. He's had plenty of time to dry so we'll attach his arms. Got some Brass Rod and a Drill Bit the same diameter. We'll drill a hole in the Stub that fits into the Body. Y...

Let's put this bad boy together. I started out by giving all the parts a good scrubbing using a Toothbrush along with Whitewall Tire Cleaner. It gets any Mold Release off the parts. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/537/9ZQmzl.jpg I took a small File and put some creases into the flat spo...

Well here's something you don't see everyday. While surfing eBay for GB toy parts I came across a listing entitled "Slimer Ghostbusters Bishoujo Resin Kit". I think the seller was wrong about the "Bishoujo" part which usually translates to "beautiful young girl"... thi...

Bringing it back on topic...I got my 2 new "Paranormal Investigators" today. The Sculptings, like the others, are very crisp with hardly any flash lines. First up is Louis in GB Garb, complete with Ear Muffs. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/640x480q90/673/t7rhOc.jpg http://imagizer.image...

From the way you describe it, if you remove the Plastic-Dip, you will also remove the surface detail. Sound like you will have to do a bit of re sculpting as you go. The Old School method for "shelling" foam was to coat it with Elmers glue thinned with water. Fortunately, you now have som...

...The "super top secret" way it was built appears to be: Pour some plastidip in a mold. Spray a thin layer of spray foam behind it. Profit.... Genius! Pure evil genius. Stiff or soft foam? Not that it matters much now but soft foam would have been better than stiff. For the most part, an...

So this isn't normal Ghostbuster equipment, at least not the equipment most people think of. I have been working on this for some time. I 3D modeled this a few times to get everything to look the way i wanted and then I 3D printed the parts. Let me know what everyone thinks. https://imageshack.com/...

Hey Garee! The funding portion is over, so you can't add anything to your order. Whatever amount you pledged is what you have to buy with. AJ should have some if not all of the Add Ons in the Shop if you want any that you missed. The "Primed for Painting" figures came in two lots. First w...

That Jocsa Lights and Sounds Ecto hasn't been talked about very much on this site. I think you should start a thread on it's restoration. Lots of pictures would be good as it is a bit of a rare bird and not found very often.
