This is why standing orders are important, and keeping up to date online. Shop owners shouldn't be, but often are, completely unreliable.

Groschopf. TFAW are great people. That's not how it works. Shops will only put what they think they can sell on the shelves. They need the space. If there's not a tremendous amount of public interest in a title, some shops won't put it on the shelves at all. What a lot of you guys need to understand...

That said, I'm certainly not averse to reimagining certain RGB villains... Ever since the Grundel had a cameo in the Tobin story and the danger posed by the Phantom Driver, I would love to see these reimaginings come to life in the ongoing series or whatever title.I would like to see the more terri...

I love the new book. Sad to see it go. My middle daughter loves that, TMNT, and Transformers (yeah, I guess I am raising my kid 80's style). If the sales were as poor as you say though, then why is it ALWAYS sold out whenever I go to pick up a copy for ME?!? How many is your store ordering for its ...

Damnit, I MISS those PCOC files! :( Those were too much fun, and I actually think it's fascinating to see what all these ghostbusting events look like from Peck's point of view. He's an underused character in my opinion. That's kinda my thing. That was how I wrote my TMNT stories. We've had twenty ...

That would be I guess up to Tom. All of that. If the opportunity is still there, I'll chase it up, but I can't say for certain what I'll be doing. If anything... I definitely won't be going back to doing PCOC files stuff. We did that with the intention of collecting them all together in their own bo...

That slimer art is actually my final Ghostbusters cover. Kinda sad to say it. The Ghostbusters TMNT #2 will be my last cover for that too. The deadlines for Silent Hill have been crazy so I wasn't able to stick around for #3 and #4. I was told there's a vague chance that I might get a shot at writin...

Tried. Were going to. Couldn't find traction. Would've been digital first/only. It's why I ended up doing RGB covers.

Yeah, having a standing order pretty much guarantees you'll get what you want and it also helps keep our sales figures up. Which are pretty much what keeps comics alive. I'm no expert but considering the many different ways people consume their comics, that does not seem like the most efficient way...

If you've got a standing order and you tell them that you want that cover, they pretty much HAVE to do it. I'm shocked that they weren't aware. Does he not look at the magazine ALL retailers get? The ones they actually ORDER their stock from? :(

Just to add to all this now that I'm a little more awake and probably make more sense. There's nothing actually wrong with the Ghostbusters comic as it stands. It's done better than any of the other Ghostbusters comics that've come before it from a business perspective and I think Dan and Erik have ...

Just a couple of notes. The likeness thing has always been a bit odd to me. I've drawn Egon, Winston and now Peter to look pretty close to the actors on a few covers now, and nothing's been said. I had to change Venkman's hair on the Army of Darkness cover I did years ago and that was it. The recent...

Be sure to let your stores know you want the sub cover, too! The only way you can get mine is if you have a standing order with the shop! It's up to the shop how many of which covers they get!

Thanks for the kind words on the cover folks. Remember, it's a subscription cover. All of mine are, so you just have to make sure it's on your standing order and that your shop people know you want it! Also, I'm a bit dismayed by all this, but here's more fuel for the gunman fire. It jumped out righ...

I should elaborate. The core problem is that it would need to be a big book. You couldn't do this thing any sort of justice at anything less than say 150 pages. That wouldn't even begin to scratch the surface, because you'd have 75 pages of art, and 75 of information. I'd need to be paid for each of...

One thing I'd love to do is adapt the early draft of Ghostbusters 3. The Hellbent one. It'd take some work, and it wouldn't look much like the original draft at the end, but anyone who's read it would see the threads and the base material. It's a PERFECT Extreme Ghostbusters/Real Ghostbusters story....

Yeah, the Venkman thing was something I sent to Doug when we were back and forthing with character ideas. I thought GB fans would dig it (which clearly they did). Like I said a while ago, I had a few GB stories I was hoping to tell that probably won't happen, so Doug and I are reconfiguring some of ...

Tristan has recently started asking fans to post their support at a Spirit Guide thread at the IDW forums. Please do, folks. I hope this tweet of Tristan's is a good sign the pitch is going in the right direction! Just got a pretty exciting email. If all comes together and dream project gets approv...

It wasn't for sale. I was given this by a very private collector of such things. And it definitely doesn't have the polish the others bring.

Like I said, it'd make a great EGB story if adapted correctly, but not a very good Ghostbusters movie...

That script mention is a hundred percent correct. I've seen it. It's not pretty, but then again, Dan's original GB1 script wasn't either. You could make an EXCELLENT Extreme Ghostbusters story out of it though. That's true on both counts... wait. You've "seen" it? The whole thing or excer...
