Not really, it's definitely inspired by the old Cadillac hearses, but there's nothing inspired by Ecto-1 in that toy.

Not based on Dragula at all, but also not Ecto-1. It's just a stylized 59 hearse thing.

I think if you were to do a little body modding, you might could have an one-of-a-kind looking ECTO-1 piece. Trim, shave, and paint the goblin to look similar to the undead cab driver. It would take some hella fabricating though. This could possibly be on my list now...
