Looking to get your own Proton Pack? Thinking about posting a thread asking how? The following is a collection of websites, links and Gbfans that can help get yourself a Proton Pack. Now if your after a Top Notch Pack, this is no cheap exercise. Regardless if you buy a whole pack, or build it your self. Be prepared to spend a little bit of money. To buy a complete pack...Your best bet to to check out Ebay. http://www.ebay.comGoodluck with that, It is rare to see a complete Proton Pack with lights and sound 'For Sale' It will happen, and when it does be ready to pay anything up to 2000 bucks. Dan AKA wrote: The proton pack is very much a registered trade mark design and while we are okay selling parts to build one, selling a complete proton pack on a regular basis I believe to be very illegal. Then again, there is also all the following links that would send you on your way to owning an awesome pack. Stefan are straight out BluePrints. No explaining, Just the figures. Norm and Sean have excellent walkthough like instructions. Great for new GBfans. Adam Bestler wrote: It may seem like a daunting task, but I believe that anyone could put together a passable proton pack if they just devoted themselves to it. I made my first attempt at a proton pack at the age of 12, and I got a lot of help from some handly adults in my life. It turned out pretty good. If any of you Jokers have my old "pack reference" VHS tape, there is a segment at the end of me cavorting around in my first pack.
Either way, the point here is you gotta learn to LOVE the proton pack. Even if it turns out looking like a total piece of shit, its still a product of your own design, and no matter what any f**** says, it's an achievement. Not too many people go out of their way to piece together a prop from some "dumb movie from the 80's."
Anyway. This is a project that requires a small bit of devotion, and you need to realize that before you wish to obtain a good proton pack (a good proton pack by the standards of myself, and all the sticklers here) If anyone has any more ideas or resources, slip me a pm and Ill update the list.

While this is very cool, I think we forget that we are now under the Sony spy glass.
I think, for the legal safety of the sellers, commission pack builders should be taken off the list as well as any details to obtaining a complete pack outside of Ebay.
The proton pack is very much a registered trade mark design and while we are okay selling parts to build one, selling a complete proton pack on a regular basis I believe to be very illegal.

pricing would be fun too, that way digging through 6 pages of "good jobs" and "here's mines" would help out big time. some dont have pricing on their front page.

An ultimate Pricing Guide is almost impossible.
Everything varies so much from person to person, country to country.
Some people will spend 100 bucks others thousands.
Each 'outlet' listed here has there prices they charge for their services.

Should the links to my Dollar Store items be posted? They are in my signature below. I've been getting lots of questions lately and it might help to have another posting.
