Hello Wisconsin. While I'm not a resident, I did enjoy visiting Kenosha, as well as posing for my "album cover" there.:

It looks like Dan Aykroyd will be in the Chicago area in 2 weeks. On the 17th he will be at Binny's Beverage Depot located at 639 E. Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, IL at 1PM for a bottle signing and then he will be at the Hollywood Blvd Cinema in Woodridge, IL for the opening of Yogi Bear. On the 18th he will be at the Hollywood Palms Cinema in Naperville, IL. It's very likely that this is as close to Wisconsin as Aykroyd will get.

Hey guys, I am calling around to some local fire departments to see if they have, and would be willing to donate the Lifegard II PASS device. IF i do get my hands on some, who do we donate too? United way, red cross? Just wondering since people are more willing to donate if they know where the money is going to.

As far as I know fire departments don't use those anymore. They stopped using them in the 80s. The chances of them having it are going to be very slim. You're probably just better off hunting on ebay for one. :/

Quote: As far as I know fire departments don't use those anymore. They stopped using them in the 80s. I believe this is correct as well, but some volunteer fire departments might still have them in storage. Not likely, but it could happen. As far as donations go, you can donate to any charity you would like. United Way and Red Cross would be great, even the Salvation Army. Whatever you want. I'm a little confused as to what you are trying to do, though. Are you looking at getting the PASS devices so you can sell them to other members of the GB community and then donate the money to a charity?

yep, its christmas and a little green helps spread the holiday cheer. I usually do something to help families around christmas, but due to budgets constraints, i wont be able to donate anything. So i can up with this idea. Does it sound reasonable?

I got my Matty PKE today, but its arrival was sadly overshadowed by the arrival of the flu Still, valences were taken from under my bed covers. And I'm happy to report my chicken noodle soup isn't showing any significant readings Though it is delicious!

Haha. If I had enough money to give stuff away, this would surely be on the list. But unfortunately I'm not a rich man and the only reason I bought six was so that I could sell 5 to make a little profit. The price will be $95 and I'm going to give you guys first dibs before I post them on ebay and in the for sale section. That price includes shipping and PayPal fees so there will be nothing added to that price. At this time I don't expect to sell many because there are plenty on ebay right now and a handfull that are going for less than the price I'm asking. I plan on waiting until there are fewer auctions before I post them on ebay and in the for sale section. The only reason I'm even posting this now is because I have a sale pending payment already as someone has already sent a PM asking for it. I believe most of you know my shipping/seller information already from buying patches from me. If you'd like a PKE, send me a PM. I'll do installment payments if you can't afford the whole cost up front, but once they're on ebay I'm going to retract that offer.
