I bought the Ghostbusters BluRay disc for $4.99 from Amazon yesterday. It's $9.99 and there was a $5.00 promotion applied. I don't know where that promotion came from, so YMMV.

New item, sold by Amazon. Prime/super saver shipping eligible.

If you've been on the fence about buying the BluRay, now is the time.
