Short short clips, but the footage [shown here in an episode of the Discovery Channel's now-defunct SFX program "Movie Magic"] is vintage GBII Behind The Scenes of Rick Lazzarini showing off the "Waldo" rig, and the underskull to the Theater Ghost [aka "Six Eyes" in all the merch]...The pertenant scenes are at 10:57 and 11:28:
