Is there ANY easier way then sanding down or Dremeling the zippers to get them to there natural brass underneath? ANYTHING easier? Thanks for the help

Not really. You don't want to use paint stripper or an acid because of the damage it may cause. Sanding and Dremeling should only take 10 minutes. . .
