Yep, that's right. Another fan film update this month. This time we've got our third episode in our series, Bustin' 101. But first....

What is Bustin' 101?

Image
Meet Conor.

A down and out type of guy who really, really needs to find a way to pay his bills. His solution? Join the local Ghostbusters franchise. The series follows him on his quest to become a Ghostbuster and pay his bills.

And now, for the goods.

Episode 1- P1
Pilot

Episode 2 -P2
Pilot

Episode 2
Catch

New! Episode 3 New!
The Bust

And there are some blooper reels also available on the show's YouTube channel.

Our visuals may not be the best, or the most accurate, but it's all in the name of fun and creativity. Making these was a blast for all of us, and we hope you enjoy these, even just a little bit.

We're open for suggestions, ideas, comments, criticisms, you name it. We're always trying to improve what we can and we can't do it without some critique. Let us know what you think!

The show's definitely improving. My advice for the next episode is to work on l-cutting and sound quality.

Higher fidelity mics, boom operators, and a more natural flow to your dialog (editing wise, not writing) would go a long way for this series. You guys are clearly trying to step your game up and it shows here. You keep making them, I'll keep watching.

Are budget doesn't exist lol.

Basically this was born over a case of beer, good tunes and cheap equipment.

If we could get our hands on some nice equipment we could really go some where ;)

yes, I need to kick my GBSI up a notch : ) What can I say? Nice job!

I just got done with the 48hr Film festival where you have 48 hrs to write, shoot and edit. We missed the deadline, but we had tech issues.

The SCGB and I have the same problem: no money. A good boom will set you back $150, a Canon XL1 goes for around $1000-$2000. There are rental places, but that's not cheap, and you need to get the stuff back. One of these days we will get to be on each other's show (GBSI and Bustin' 101) but we keep missing each other because of our crazy schedules. : )

and Conor, I want my gluesticks back : P
