First time here. So, I am keeping it okay short and you guys may not even need this information. I have created a preset in Optical Flares for AE based on the courtroom scene in GB2 for the appropriate optical flare on the particle thrower tip. Of course you will have to adjust the scale and such to match your particular shot. It is a first version, but as a professional vfx artist, I do strive to make it look just as good for fan films as I would for a studio project. Hit me up and I can email the file for you. I just ask for proper credit if you decide to use my preset as a base to improve upon or use it in its entirety in your projects.
