You just proved my point. Again (because this seems to be falling on blind eyes) I am not upset I'm disappointed. I've never even had an avatar here nor do I care to get one. So I'm not upset about that. I have had no plans on leaving the site in the past. Nor have a complained about much here in the past other than a seller or two but we wont go into that.

Just because some one expresses their dislike for something doesn't mean they are bitching. If the subtext of this entire thing is to weed out the annoying people of this board then fine if that's what you wanna do. But honestly I think the way its being done is immature.

If you think that dressing up in costumes and collecting toys and comics makes you immature so we might as well live up to the stereo type then by all means you have fun with that. When a hobby because immature is when you obsess over it and it consumes your life, you get arrogant about it and rub what little success's you have had in someone's face because you have an ego that you have to have stroked and the only way of doing that is by going online to a message forum such as this to do so because no one in their right mind would give you the time of day or pleasure of doing so in reality.

Now that being said, that doesn't mean you cant take pride in what you have/do and post about it. It's when you start getting it in your head that you are the go to authority on how to do whatever it is you have done when someone else starts trying to do the same thing. That's when it becomes to much and at that point makes you and arrogant immature dick.

God knows I've come here and posted things that I have been fortunate enough to do or be involved in but by no means do I think I am the end all be all of whatever it is I've done so everyone needs to come ask me or my opinion on the matter is what makes or breaks whatever project you are working on.

That being said. I think that anyone who has "fun" by making someone else feel bad, miserable, or can even just irritate them and get a laugh out of it has some serious issues. My thoughts on it are this, they probably had it done to them in junior high and high school and were to afraid to do anything or say anything about it but now that they are behind a computer desk and have the ability to do it to others just to see what it's like, now they are lost in that world. Maybe I'm wrong. I dunno but that is my opinion on it like it or leave it I really don't care.

No dis respect Dan This is just how I feel about the matter. I think its immature. Again I'm not mad I'm disappointed. Disappointed that this is considered fun here and disappointed that I had a high amount of respect for this place and promoted it every time someone asked "where did you get plans to make that at?" This behavior to me isn't funny and is a slap in the face to those of us who enjoy what the site is supposed to be about and that's Ghostbusters.

The hell with the avatars and all that mess. Its the principal of "I'm doing this to make so and so mad" that's what I find immature. I'm all for fun but when the the core base of it is to piss someone off its not really my thing. Just my personal view on it that's all. I'm not saying I've never found it funny at times but to me there is a limit. One thing people always forget in these situations is that what goes around comes around.

Even if that Is the case Z you shouldn't play into it man. People are gonna say/do what they want regardless. This boxxy crap is a prime example of it. Its the way life is. All the people posting about how much they hate Boxxy is just making people mad, and its completely immature. I agree with EctoGlow in that we are all here for fun, and the people complaining and calling us names like "heavys" is just completely immature.

As can I. I don't give most of the people on this board a second thought when i go to bed at night. I just think there is no reason to feed the behavior is all. I'm not trying to make friends with everyone. I was brought up to be the first to give respect regardless of where you are or what the situation is. (no that doesn't hold up to anything like a government take over or someone pulling a gun on you it falls into the laws of reason so don't take it out of context) and then go from there.
