Hi, so I made my first purchase from Matty on the 15th novemeber and got myself a Peter Venkman with Proton Stream;

I correctly entered my details, my address, my credit card etc;
On the 17th an email arrived stating that everything worked fine, I got charged for my item and it was shipped to my address, then on the mail it stated my address (this item was sent to) my name, surname, street, town, zipcode, even my phone number and my email..
but NO "IT" or "ITALY" (that's of course where I live) anywhere!!
I begun to worry, I contacted Matty, they got back to me stating "this is your address" ((country included this time)) and giving me the full address.
Of course when I ordred I had already selected the country!

My question is, to everyone outside of the US (hope some british\irish\scottish\australian can unswer this..) who bought something from MAtty, did you had the same problem? No country and yet the stuff arrived anyway?

In addition, I paid 9,90usd for shipping, which to me seems like a bit to little for an item this size and to send it overseas..
Any thoughts guys?

Thanks!!

I have every figure MC has released and shipping has always been around the $9 mark. Shipping takes around 3 to 4 weeks. I have never looked at my address I will check my shipping email for the new venkman and get back to you.

I dont know how the postal system works in italy, but over here in the UK, all royal mail need really is the house number & postcode & generally it gets to it's destination. As long as those 2 bits are correct thats the main thing.

I live in the UK, albeit on an offshore Island, and my shipping address has been full and correct each time. I'd echo what Caster troy says - anything up to a month after shipping confirmation for receipt.

Which is actually a good thing because I've forgotten about it by the time it arrives and I can get a little bit giddy when I open the pack and see the GB logo!

Thanks man, I appriciate it. I am a bit worried, I am sure I am not going to get it before the 29th or the 1th when I'd like to make a BIG purchase and spend 45bucks to get them here before christmas... to have a nice gb christmas, like it's 1993 all over again..!
let me know if you can find UK anywhere in your order mail...

Any words from the custom? I mean, did you have to pay 21% vat custom taxes or something?
Thanks!!

I am from the UK as well, and just checked my shipping confirmation and no it doesn't give details of the country. I have ordered the last 4 or so figures from matty and found they usually arrive pretty quickly (every time within 2.5 weeks so far) so i really wouldn't worry. easier said then done i suppose

Got hit by customs last month ordered two egons by mistake (don't ask long story!) So 40 dollars plus shipping came to around 32 pounds. Had to pay 12 pounds import tax. Sold one on ebay got 21 pounds of it

Thanks to everyone who responded to this. My Peter arrived yesterday with the mail and boy was it a quick delivery!! I paid 9,90 for shipping and it took 10 days, I wonder if I had paid 45 usd how much time it would take.. like 3 days maybe???

Haha... you're thinking of Jersey, although we've got similar dodgy offshore operations here!
