Finally finished up a scratchbuilt belt circuit I've been working on for about a month now (minus the daughter board and holster). Special thanks for Exoray for his awesome pics and scans and Jairus for his PDF.

I'll have a full build log up on my website in a few days, if anyone has questions in the meantime I'll answer them here. All I gotta say is drilling holes sucks. :-| I'm going to be making my own holster and will bash something together that vaguely resembles the GB1 daughter board eventually.

I've seen this thing in several different stages in person. These pictures do not do this build justice! Jack basically did everything short of etching a board and making a working board.

Wow Jack you did a really great job you should be proud of that little puppy. I and im sure others would love to see a stage by stage build thread of this, definitely one of the best scratch builds of a circuit board i have seen. Congrats.

Thanks guy! Took me about a month of putzing to build it.

The build log's been posted to my website: http://www.angelfire.com/pa5/jdoud/gbbeltcirc.html

Most of the parts came from old junk I had laying around so I dunno how helpful it will be but I figure it can't hurt to share.

That looks sooooo good! :crunch:

Shame you have to cover most of it up with a holster.
