the website says...

"Hot Wheels® Back to the Future™ Vehicle ($35)

We’re pretty sure Doc Brown himself would approve of this exclusive from the classic Back to the Future flick. We can show you the box, but not what's inside. We don't dare."

but its probably a similar scale to the Welly BTTF deloreans from several years ago. I cant imagine anyone paying $35 for an actual Hot Wheels car...

What's in it? A flux capicitor or a Delorean?

Libyan Plutonium...duh :eyeroll:

back to Stay Puft....might be a pass for me, considering the inferior sculpt compared to the bank version...that and I need the money for Hasbro's exclusive release of the lost Raiders of the Lost Ark wave

Stay Puft's size is awesome but the sculpt is a bit off. For the price I think we should be getting one or two extra heads to change out the expression. Still very cool and I want one just for the sheer size of the figure.

Can I be sincere? I really cannot make up my mind about this.
really. I guess like everyone else here who's under 25-30 all the matty figures go in my bedroom, so where the heck am I supposed to put that huge Diorama? I guess I could find space for only for the staypuft on the higest shelf...
but kinda beat the purpose of the Diorama...

oh, well, Peraphs I am overthinking..!

I'm in for staypuft despite having the Neca one. He'll be awesome with my Kenner collection attacking the Firehouse. That BTTF box is pretty sexy though, might be lookin' at that too.

If I figured the scaling out correctly, which I probably didn't since it's almost 6am and I was drinking all night, he's almost in the correct scale with the minimates, just too short. Either way I'm really excited to have him to display with them since he'll tower over all of them.

We've had so many Deloreans released in all sorts of sizes already... And I don't know why they would be so mysterious around just another Delorean...
I don't think it'll be the flux capacitor either cos they clearly said it's a vehicle.

Hey, maybe it's the train from Part III... :D

I love it, and def wanna get one!!!

But the price point on this is crazy....about $20 more than it should be. Espeicially when you consider the price of the PKE. This should be no more than $50. He's hollow.

That's actually a GREAT point.

We paid $60 for PKE Meters.

I don't think I could justify spending more on a semi-plush Stay Puft. He would have to be edible.. because I would have to eat him to be able to afford it.

Put me down for 2 of these and a Delorean. I'm really hoping the ones released on Matty in August are the same version being sold at the Con. I'd hate to see the scalper/ebay prices for a chase version of this considering the 20.00 Chase Venkman from last year was selling over 100.00.

This reveal was of things that will be SOLD at SDCC.

The prop you're referring to will be ANNOUNCED at SDCC.

There is a difference.

If you look at the pics at proton charging you'll see a car with some blue lights on top, so that could be an ecto?
It's in the lower right corner of the diorama.

Since all the pictures are either taken off of the TV, or off of the video online, I highly doubt that anyone would be able to get you a better picture, unless it comes -with- said diorama.

So you are right...

You can clearly see it here in the bottom right.

Although it looks drastically out of proportion with the 6" figures and with the garage door on the diorama.

Nah, he's just checking him for a hernia. If not, it's not molestation anyway; Stay Puft looks like he likes it. :)

If anyone going to SDCC would like to make some extra cash PM me. I was not able to get tickets to the con, but I really want Stay Puft. I'd rather buy one from someone here rather than a scalper on E-bay.
thanks!

Mattel's SDCC 2011 Exclusives on display at 'The Comic Bug' comic book shop in Manhattan.

You can watch the video from Action Figure Insider.

Here is another look at the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man

And judging by the size of that plutonium box, I am still not sure what will be the size of the Hot Wheels DeLorean.

Given the look of this sculpt and the price, I'm going to need a 20" Murray the Mantis included in the box to justify getting it. I just can't look at that dopey expression without hearing Murray's chk-a-chk-a-chk-WARRRGH in the back of my head.
