just as i got it from sevv with the parts just sitting in place



now i have assembled my MMM gun kit



now after i painted the shell krylon aluminum then satin black and i assembled the gun together






added an exoray pack and gun light kit

now its hanging on my wall and i just added a gb1 ribbon cable from madeinsocal6


i know i still need a few thing. sound from exoray is on its way. im still waiting for a gun track with v-hook from jpa35 along with heat sink for the gun. hope you guys like what took me like 2 1/2 months to build

One little thing, it looks like you have the Clippard 701 on the pack and the 331 on the gun, should be the other way round. It's an easy swap

ok thanks for that i just looked ant some reference pics and the 701 is on the gun. but on stephans plans it says the 701 is on the pack. so im going to be looking for some gb1 screen shots that might show what goed where with the valves. cause all the pics in the reference section are all gb2 packs.

Now I think when I attatch the vhook I just ordered I am going to roll the ribbon cable a little more so the rolled part goes a little closer to the base by the clamp. Id like to go for the look of the hotel scene when ray is running towards venkman. Ill post more pics when I do that

Mate, where'd u get ur flat/sunken light cover on ur gun?

Also the hatlight to the left of the clippard...is it clear to show an LED light through it and where'd u get it??

And last, are ur gun knobs real metal or resin??

Going to throw a question in as well: What did you use for the "weathering" on your shock mount?

all my hatlights on the gun are resin replicas from nick-a-tron that i hollowed out so the led can go inside it. and as of recently i have replaced the clippite lenses with the light lenses sold in the gbfans shop. and all my knobs are aluminum from jpa.


also to weather the shock mount i used some brass paint that i lightly brushed on and then smeared it with a rag.

Here are some more updated pics of my GB1 pack. I have recently made some changes. I have redone the ribbon cable and have rolled it tighter so the rolled section is closer to the cable clamp. I have also installed JPA's gun track with momeraths Vhook, Carpeteria's foil lables, I have replaced the clipites lenses on the thrower with the arcolectric lenses from the GB shop. I also have tinted the backside of the power cell lense because i have Exorays pack lights and the led were blinding bright and i think the tint helped out a lot and made it look so much better. well here ou guy go

Yeah he really isnt doing much now for making orders.its been like 3 months now trying to get a sound kit from him.
