so i met dan on june 30th with PGB, and Dan said he was collecting business cards from franchises all across the nation for some kind of "recruiting" if and when GB3 takes off... anyone franchise get this shpeal? i find it interesting no to hold my breath or anything. Interesting though. Hes always so optimistic and Bill's always such a douche about it.

thoughts?

thank you bill murray for being so level headed and so talented that you arent just going to do a shitty movie because people call you a douche, but that you pick your projects and dont have movies like "blues brothers 2000" and television shows like "soul man" in your history on screen.

you rock.

Personally, I think age is starting to affect Dan's brain.

Here's video of the comment:

He was asking everyone in costume if they had a card but I didn't know what the hell he was talking about until he made this comment.

Asked for my info out in Cali as well. I'm not holding my breath but it's certainly really neat. Who knows, maybe one day we'll all get a recruitment letter.

When he was in Sacramento, at his Bevmo signing, He did take our buisness cards and say he was trying to do something big for the publicity of GB 3.
However I'm taking a wait and see attitude towards this. If something becomes of it, fantastic! If not well it was fun to try and imagine what he had planned.

Dan is just very optimistic.

It all sounds great until the Sony legal department has to review it. If GBIII is made, I give a 5% chance this actually happens, and a 95% chance the studio won't approve anything they don't have total control over, in which case they will prohibit any "official" involvement with the franchises and/or create crazy rules and conditions that take take all the fun out of it.

I hope it happens, it would be cool for them to show a bunch of "ghostbusters" from other states and countries
