I am currently hunting for items for my GB1 uniform and I think I have enough things in my possession to begin this thread. First, the centerpiece of the uniform, the Flight Suit! It comes from Cockpit USA and is 100% cotton with brass zipper. A huge thanks to KagaSakai who fought with the company to have it! I really appreciated it! second important item, the boots! These are those who have caused the most trouble to find. For several weeks or months I searched on ebay several times a day but they are very rare (at reasonable prices, who wants to pay $ 150 for a pair of new boots they will wear two times a year). The few times I saw a pair they were always for tiny feet! I wear 11, which is still pretty standard. But one day I came across a pair of 12, Genuine Vintage Carolina , what a luck, with natural weathering:) Badges, the "no ghost" that comes from GBFANS is the most beautiful ever produced. And my NameTag by Katarra, impeccable work. Elbow Pads produced by Parksdesign, this guy work too well, I love them! My Pistol Belt From GBFANS and my Belt Gizmo in his awsome Holster produces by Tyger Cheex, leather has no secret for him! Chemical gloves, no funny comments about these MT500 and his original holster. Yes, its the sames picture as Filandrius, he found 2 pair of MT500 and holster. Thanks one more time buddy!!! Ill just reproduced the good blue motorolla label and change the antenna for the one smade by Madeinsocal Im still waiting some parts so ill post an update when ill received them!

He shoots, he scores! That's some great stuff you have there, buddy. Now get those patches on that suit! Those boots are the bomb, by the way. Are those aluminum zippers? I'm getting jealous.

Those elbow pads are very nice! Wish I wouldn't have gone "authentic"

Great work. You going to sew your patches on? Or you going to do the velcro thing? Speaking about velcro, you going to remove the small bit off the holster of your MT500? I did with mine.
Everything looks like it is coming together for ya.

What a debonaire fellow! I can't wait to get those pads from Brian!
It's kind of weird/funny to think that your suit was at one point sitting on my kitchen counter and now it's up in Canada and part of an awesome uniform!

Spengler28 wrote: Minor upgrade on my uniform i changed my MT500 holster for the real accurate one. With the snap Not to be the barer of bad news (seriously, it really pains me to say this)... but the screen accurate holsters were plastic, not leather. But, and it's a large but, most people (including the most avid GB fans) wouldn't know the difference. So, it has the general look and feel... making it authentic enough. The leather ones are potentially more durable anyway.
