I just called Mattel and got my price adjustment on my 4 proton stream Peters...that definitely helped and it makes me feel a lot better buying those 3 extras just for streams. Its like I got 1 free!

Just got my trap today and although the small red lights illuminate, nothing else works. hitting the pedal does nothing at all and yes I put in fresh batteries.
Just got off the phone with Matty and now starts the return process...

Wow, while I didn't get a trap, this really sucks for everyone.....and this is gonna be bad for Matty too. Hopefully they dont take this out on the line and just go all f*** the GB....

Be interesting to see how they handle all these issues.

They dont handle issues.

No comment on the issues with the trap, their "Ask Matty" forum for Ghostbusters has not had one answer in over a month.

And there have been reports that people have been denied getting a refund for the extra 20%, so who knows.

See..THIS is EXACTLY why I stopped collecting with the ghost trap being my last Mattel purchase. I don't know where this was posted, but I'm honked off..even more now.

Geez, well at that price its worth it alone for the Containment Unit, but nah. I stand firm until I know the future of this line. Not like there is a proper place to display the Unit anyway without Janine and her desk to make it blend....

When they put up...if they put up the GB2 12" 2packs....why would anyone pay full price. Anyone who goes for that is gonna get ripped big-time. Those are definite 20%-60% off soon enough. Hopefully no one at Matty is scratching their heads wondering why yet another Ray with an inaccurate pack-in ghost is not selling.....

I tried the sale refund plea, and they're giving it to me. Should have it within a week. That's nice of them to do that. They certainly didn't have to.

I may try and get an adjustment from 40 to 60% on oct 31st as it was less than 2 weeks when I ordered the 2 figures any longer than that and I wouldn't even try.
If I get an adjusment great! If not I'm not going to be that upset about it.
Here's hoping, but I don't have high hopes for it.

They emailed me last night and said I'd get one. They said it would take 5-7 days for it to show up.

I wouldn't draw that conclusion, the least it suggests is that it was an accessory dropped from the figure due out in December.

USPS LOST MY GODDAMN TRAP!!!
They tracked it to their Facility on Oct. 26th and after talking to the Postal Inspector, he has no idea where it is.
No wonder they're going out of business.

Im surprised my traps weren't stolen or lost too. They came inside a giant MATTEL box that said very clearly on the side of the box... "GHOSTBUSTERS GHOST TRAP"

USPS is awful......in all my history of shipping stuff, USPS are the only ones who have lost my packages. I hate them.

I got my trap on Wednesday. I tested it to make sure it wasn't defective, which it wasn't, then put it away until my birthday in a month.
