Is it easy enough to get the 2 switchs into the triggerbox and instument bar without the inspection plate and hole.

Sorry guys, I barely have time to check here during the day.. I'm doing a quick sneak in here right now. All orders that come in through PM are received and added to the list. I wasn't trying to be odd Kingpin, its just that most people forget to include the shipping info and you did it the first time I'm waiting on my sheet of aluminum for the guns right now so I'm churning the rest of the parts for everyone's orders. Chris

I just received my Ion arm and GB1 V-Hook. These are great!
Also, on a side note, you score bonus points because there was a very interesting article on Roberto Clemente in the newspaper packaging.

That newspaper is distributed here for free. I think its only good enough for packing boxes and lining bird cages :3 I try to skip the covers because the last page is full of xxx ads/numbers.

i saw Lannyjack's post about his ion arm, and i have to agree that i felt bad painting my instrument bar/trigger box. so i decided to show everyone a few pics of it before i painted it. i ordered the door for the trigger box and came up with a decent idea to close it with out having the screws stand out. its ALMOST sits flush, and i didnt have to drill the panel or counter sink the screw what i did was get some of the bolts that have a cone shaped head (like a dry wall screw). i used a drill press and a dremel (with a metal cutting wheel) to shave the cone portion down. *** THIS IS NOT SAFE AT ALL PLEASE WEAR ALL SAFETY EQUIPMENT BEFORE TRYING THIS*** when done it looked like this...

I'd be very surprised if you couldnt buy screws very similar somewhere. Would be even nicer if you could drill out a bit of the panel so they sat flush...
Edit: McMaster-Carr has socket cap screws that have head heights of 2mm or .072".
I still think I'd rather tap the panel and use set screws, though.
