They say not recommended for tall people. I'm 6'5 is that too tall for the suits?

You need a flightsuit specifically made for tall people. Truspec makes those.

Otherwise, you will have difficulty wearing the flightsuit.

Just a heads up. I'm 6'1", ordered a 'tall' truspec and it was still to short in the legs. I spent the extra money on a used nomex flight suit on Ebay and must say it was totally worth it!

I'm 6'4" and I purchased a Tru-Spec 2XL Long. Fits prefectly

Another good option that is cost effective are the Walls coveralls, which come in extra tall. I'm 6'7 and 190lbs and they fit pretty good. I don't know if you can get them off of the Wall site anymore, but Amazon should have plenty floating aorund . Certainly not screen accurate, but they do look pretty okay and have a few important details right.
