The Winston action figure pictured here is from Argentina. Kenner gave a license to this company called JOSCA back in the 1980's to distribute RGB toys in Argentina, which they did. In addition to many of the products we all know and love, JOSCA also made serveral unique action figures, including repainted versions of the first series action figures. the josca ones with the water wquirting throwers are my favorite. they woulda been cool on the slime heroes we had in the states
