No it's too wide. The PVC works fine and it's cheaper than an ALICE too.

Any idea where I could find sound effects for the pack? Powering up, firing, powering down etc?

Umm when it comes to the frame you fail to mention where the three strips of 1/2" and one 4" go in the frame. Going by the drawing being lined up with the back plate is completely different then where you put them in your pictures. You also don't really mention how wide the frame sides are.
I also don't think you mention how long to cut the 3" PVC canisters.
Lastly I don't think you mentioned how long each section of the gun handle and barrel actually is.

Oh and I was real confused on why I was to cut the frame PVC (for the straps) at 10" each on top and bottom because even when putting them into the elbows that sticks way out.

I made another EGB pack, this time using an ALICE frame. It's a bit different than the first but still built from the same plan base. It's for sale on Ebay right now.

Enjoy!

I'm currently drawing up the plans for one that is Based on the egb pack so there will be differences once its finished but u can see the over all design is there. Think of it as a egb pack mark 2

Thank you for sharing your designs. My husand is going to try to build a slighty modified one. He has access to old gas pump nozzles for the gun component. I let everyone knows how it works out!
