After a long wait, I have finally decided to post the long a waited PKE Meter! I took the liberty of making a few different reading screens for those who don't just want the blank green grid. The instructions are really badly outlined though lol (I'll work on that later).
Well, it's been a while since I've taken the time to work on my crafts. Not that a lot people comment on them in the first place haha, but I've been gradually updating designs on it, each time making it slightly more movie accurate. Been watching the movies over and over as well as looking at several reference pics. Coming along nicely though.
Proton Pack updated again! New parts, once again. The N-Filter has the side loop patterns, the HGA is now a seperate template and a piece on the top of the Cyclotron has been added to give it a more 3D and realistic look.
I had a hell of a hard time figuring these parts out, and the top part of the cyclotron just barely assembled. I had to color the insides that were white with a black marker because the "ring" was too big.
Well, I've been seeing if I can add in some graphics to the meter screen, to make it look like there are readings. Going ok so far, need a few comments and ideas though. He's a really quick mock up;
Well as I said, pictures of the new 3D parts. I'll probably keep adding more and more though, so it's not the end! New parts include a mini Clipard valve for the pack.
Well, been working hard as hell on this and new 3D parts just keep "poping in there". What exactly do I mean 3D parts? Think of that crank knob on my pack and you'lll get the picture. Also added a few things that were missing previously, I'll post some pics soon. Coming along really well though.
Not really any pics, but I've been working on more "3D" parts for the printable pack. As you know, I posted a download for the updated templates, but this is kind of on going for me in an attempt to make it as best as I possibly can!
Anyway, parts are the filler plug and that thing that connects the wires to the injectors. Oh, just a note, I accidently named the Ion Knob in the "kit" filter plug, so I'll be sure to change that next time I post the new parts.
Added pics of an old papercraft Slime Blower I did about a year back. I haven't actually worked on it in a long time since I built that one "protoype", but I'll probably start on it again.
