R2DEVO's Ghost Trap

R2DEVO

26-Year-Old Male
Fort Collins, CO
Here's my first trap attempt, and first woodworking project in many years. Mostly based on Venkman71's guide. Going for semi-accuracy, some of the measurements might have been fudged a bit. Constructed with 1/4" MDF and 1/8" hardboard from Home Depot. Gooped and Bondo'd. Will update when more work is done.

EDIT:
It's Halloween and it's mostly done. Missing a couple knobs and the front light display, but everything else is in place. Started the project in June 2008.

Here's a list of materials I used.
1/4" MDF for most of the structural elements, including the doors.
2 layers of 1/8" hardboard for the top of the battery box. This was to accommodate the the light cover and switch, as they wouldn't fit over the 1/4" MDF. Could have counter-bored as an alternative.
"For Sale" sign from Ace for the side panels.
Boxy switches from allelectronics.com
Coaxial cable wrapped in 1/4" split loom.

I threw the pedal together in a couple days. MDF base, Radio Shack project boxes, old surplus relay, relay socket from allelectronics.com.
