This is a OD Green military issue angled head Fulton flashlight (U.S. MX-991/U). It attaches to the Proton Pack shoulder strap just like in the upcoming video game. In addition to the red lens shown in the photo, it also comes with three other lenses: blue, frost white, and a beveled clear. It runs on two "D" batteries.
