I thought I would write a little about the construction of my Proton pack. It's very close to being finished. With the help of Scott "Speedmonkey80" & his wife Sandra we've managed to get it done! This is my third proton pack. My first I made about three years ago and it was pretty "bobo". I then purchased a kit on E-bay and made a fairly decent pack. I was getting married and I sold it on E-bay to a guy overseas so I could help purchase my wife's wedding ring. Needless to say she was so touched that I would do something like that she said "Buy another kit and DON'T SELL that one"!! So my most recent pack is the most accurate of all of the ones I've made. I'm so pleased about the way it turned out. Prop building is an extremely fun hobby. Not only creative but it makes you use your noggin to really make something solid and that will last.
