 my third and final attempt at making a better proton pack.....each time it gets a little more expensive....working lights...just need a few more items and to attach it to the motherboard

That's exactly how I mounted mine. I JBWelded the wood on the sides, miracle stuff there- just takes forever to set!

i was going to glue wooden blocks to the inside of the shell...at all 4 "corners" and probably one in the top middle...then drill small holes on the back of the motherboard....use wood screws to hold them in place....since they are on the back of the motherboard, it'll be hidden when you put on the pack.
