kind2311's Proton Pack

kind2311

29-Year-Old Male
La Quinta, CA
May 14, 2009 - Began work on my pack by filing down MMM's motherboard to fit Exoray's V71 Mark X shell. I attached the L-brackets to the motherboard with rivets in the fashion of the GB1 hero packs. I then drilled through the pack shell into the L-brackets and then tapped them to accept a 10-32 socket head cap screw. This proved to be the superior method to what I did on my last pack which was JB Weld some nuts onto the bracket.

Great job Kind, this is one of the cleanest and more accurate pack out there. Did I mention that I keep this link for reference for my build?

For a very detailed and accurate pack, this is one of the cleanest (and neatest) pack I've ever seen. I keep looking back to this page just to stare at its neatness. Great job, by the way!

This pack is so good that if it does not lead you to a woman (or dude) that will make your toes curl up then nothing will. Great work.

Really impressive work, both on the shell and the little details you've replicated. Can't wait to see it with a bumper and ribbon cable.
