Ectoplasmic residue made from J-Lube, Clear Elmer's Glue, and Borax with liquid soap dye.
Soupy yet gooey, you can too get some of this wonderful stuff by mixing 2 small bottles of glue, 1 tablespoon of J-Lube, 1/4 cup of Borax in a 2-Liter bottle nearly full of water.
Boil the borax and mix with one half of water, mix the other half with the J-Lube and glue, and put together in the 2-liter. Add whatever color in whatever quantity you want.
