James Blunt. His high pitched little girl voice aside, his songs are repetative, annoying and he can't sing worth a g**-d**n. Nickelback. Seriously... how can anyone get that many record deals with only one song? They just loop it over and over and over again on every album... I'd say Greenday, but ...

*Note* I'm not mocking this thread. Drop Dead Fred. That was a sad ending. I didn't cry, but that did give me watery eyes. My sister said they are remaking Drop Dead Fred with Russel Brand as Fred. *Note* I'm not mocking this thread. Drop Dead Fred. Seriously, the end of the movie gets me every time. Lizzie confronts her problems in a dream world... her douchebag husband, her overbearing mother, and finally her scared inner child. She turns to Fred and says "C'mon, let's go." His rep...

It's the people who quote Holy Grail that killed that movie for me. In my hometown, it was usually some highschool Freshman or Sophomore who thinks they're in on some grand inside joke. I bought the movie on DVd and have to open it. Maybe someday it'll stop being a meme and then I can enjoy it again...

Oy... I hated this show. It should have been retitled "The Captain Liberty and Batmanuel Show with guest appearances by the Tick and Arthur." If you're going to title a show after a super hero, it's a good idea to make him the focus of the show. That, and it wasn't nearly as funny as the c...

I seem to remember Funimation taking a lot of liberties in the translation. They would add dialogue when a character was off screen, when it really wasn't needed. I dunno if a lot of other anime studios do this while dubbing. This reminds me of "X" the movie. The beginning had Kamui retur...

So, I've been watching BBC's Merlin series (recently purchased and airing on NBC). I am a huge fan of the Arthurian legends, so I was a bit dissapointed at the previews for this show. However, I gave it a chance and it's actually not too bad. It differs a lot from the legends. 1, Merlin is Arthur's ...

Downloaded the new See the Future sidequest. It has some cool stuff. A few new monsters. Some new outfits, like a Balverine, Hobbe, and hollowman suit. You also get some pretty wicked royal garb and a cool new pimp stick to go with it, though, sadly, none of it can be re-colored. The total number of...

Heya Zach-a-roony :D You and I are the only two people in the universe who liked the Super Mario Bros movie. It didn't think it was that bad. It was corny, yes, but a lot of fun. the song was kind of catchy... and a lot of satuff was going on there. I imagine it's aimed more at a teen girl audience. I too have all the DVD box sets. But I will say I was not impressed with the release (loved the show). Universal cheaped out and didn't get the proper music rights (specifically I'm thinking of season 2). At the end of MIA, where Al is holo-dancing with Beth, instead of hearing the haunting "G...

I think you're my new favorite person. I really get tired of people crying when a movie is remade. Like you said, if the remake is so god aweful, the original is still available for viewing. You can find the original ending ot the movie on Youtube. *Spoilers* Audrey and Seymore get eaten. Then Audrey II takes over the world. Why they changed the ending: test audiences hated it. So, I saw on IMDb that it has a remake scheduled for 2010 or 2011... obviously, take it with a grain of salt. But a new Clash flick would be pretty awesome. I really enjoyed the old one. It was cheesy, yeah. But Harryhausen's stop motion puppets were always amazing. And even though the plot "di...
