This was my first thought. That they had both green not because of " it was the prop we saw " which is an outright lie, but because it is $0.04/unit cheaper in production cost to just make both tubes green. Bean counters have determined that the bottom line is more important than accuracy ...

Coincidentally I'm signed up for RFYL long in advance, been going to them since inaugural event in Baltimore. B) This was 1984. Security doesn't matter in America for another 17 years.

Devil's Advocate regarding getting back in. Wouldn't be impossible or difficult, really. Wait until night time, and then just crawl from one shore to the other. Because the idiots who are "Exiled" are walking across ice. You don't walk on ice. You crawl, spread out the body weight across a...

Yep. I didn't even bother giving it that much effort to make a list to attack his nitpicking. He's going for quantity over quality. I'd rather read a 5 part well reasoned critique than just lobbing random grenades and hoping that some of them stick.

Well, seems somebody has some time devoted on their hands at CBR. 99 Reasons why TDKR Sucked . Though I didn't read all 99, because some of them seemed repetitive after a while, and many of them are truly nitpicky instead of critical analysis. But there's a few good ones in there. To each their own. Not everybody can look past the source material for some movies. I usually look at Nolan's Batman series more as a "based on a true story" Hollywood movie. Not an adaptation that's required to adhere to the source material. After all, the main thing about Batman is that ...

I really liked the voice Bane had on the leaked Imax Prologue back in December compared to the over-dubbed voice used in the movie. Bane sounded menacing and brutal, even if I couldn't understand every single word he said. He was too clear and out of place in the movie. Like when watching an 80's Am...

If they do it, agreed, definitely needs to be animatronics and puppetry. Hell, troll the audience, do some clay-mation even! But CGI just won't work. It'll look "better" which will make the movie "worse." As for the "Hollywood is out of ideas" people. You make movies fo...

There's context when it comes to somebody saying words or phrases, quoting parts of books, or such. That's easy to take out of context.

Care to explain how full strength belt whippings on a defenseless child repeatedly out of heated anger are out of context?
