Here you go: zkFpTLQZsCI At 37:50s Thanks. This looks very detailed. I skimmed through a bit to get to the wand part and will have to watch closely to see which wire specifically is the problem one. This looks like it's very educational in general and I hope doing the fix can be done by a relative ...

How many of you have Matty Collector PKEs / Traps that you are considering selling after this announcement? I don't really see myself wanting to have more than one PKE, or trap, for that matter. I love the more GB1/2 weathering of the Matty Trap (and the knock/bump rumble feature), and the shape of...

Yes and no I took most of it off using a cutting wheel on a Dremel just being very careful, then used wire cutter snips to get the rest off as much as I could then sanded. Wire Cutters probably weren't the right tool for that but it worked. The hole I just filled in with epoxy, I just taped a piece ...

Also while I'm asking questions... I will also be repainting this once all the work to prep it is done. What is the best paint to use on this (primer and paint)? I also have a few 3D printed parts that will need to be painted also, in order to fill in the gaps and not get that 3d printed look to it ...

ok so I'm finally making my thread on this. Will be starting up again soon to try and finish putting all this together this year hopefully. The other thing to note is with my alice frame the 1/4 inch couple nuts went right through the indentations drilled out for screws or some attachment where the lower back brace is. I'm just using the 1/4 washers on either side of the cut out area to get it to fit. They make a large size coupling nut...

I got them at home depot (Left to right) First 2 are what I used as mentioned previously. The last 3 are what I used to attach the alice frame to the motherboard. The 1/4 inch screws for the motherboard you may have to get 2 different lengths depending on your alice frame. I had to for mine. https:/...

ok screws I used to mount the pack to the motherboard using the existing posts: #4 3/4 inch in length (in a red plastic bag) along with a #6 washer (orange bag), I couldn't find a #4 washer but these work. You're best off mounting brackets to the motherboard and then mounting the ALICE frame to the motherboard, and the pack to the brackets. Using the existing mounting posts will be a pain in the ass in the long run, and I'd be worried whether they'd take the weight with a mobo and ALICE frame. I'm act...

I’m going that route right now, my wife surprised me a 80% sized wand which should be here sometime next week. My spirit pack came in. It does look to be 85% or so on the main pack. It's just a bit bigger than my son's pack. I intentionally went with a thinner pack for my son's to save on weight. The wand for my son's pack would look really good with the Spirit pack. Almost perfect size. Maybe even scale th...

B-Rad what if you get a good piece of wood and trace the pack onto it and cut it and sand it and let that be the motherboard? I am thinking that because it may be a bit before we see someone actually manufacture one just for this. I can be wrong, but at this point it may seem more like a project pa...
