I've got a decal sheet with the Containment Unit Labels and enough Pack Labels to do all 4 guys. What other Labels should be added? How about some Slimeblower decalls Capt? I suppose you won't really have an idea what's missing until you get yer hands on SB winston but I'm sure there will some bits...

if it is a pal to ntsc conversion problem wouldnt you be able to rip the dvds and renecode those episodes that are affected into 25fps or pal standards and that would fix it just a thought Well I live in the UK and those episodes play too slow as well so I'm not sure that would fix the problem. I actually thought about doing that too. I bought 2 extra lab coat Ray figures to make the "ready to believe you" commercial scene and have the 2 extra subway ghosts. I could use one of their stands...i just couldn't figure out a decent place to drill the hole. Either in the stomach....or...

You could also use the glow in the dark paint to do lights and dials details on the proton packs/equipment. Im sure this has been mentioned before, but why is Venkman's uniform a light brown instead of the dark? Also why are the neutrona wands blue? Are you referring to the photo AJ posted? Looking at the screen cap a little more, perhaps the wires to the Ghost could be hidden in the purple spark. Ring it right around the inside of the cone and right to the ghost's hole. You could go the route Mattel took with the cone, the Lightning esc shapes you could use to disguise the the wires ...
