The Florence Ghostbusters wouldn't be what it is without Alex. I often take for granted how lucky I am to have a resource such as Alex only minutes away or available via direct message anytime. He's a tremendous help and often serves as a sounding board for any of my Ghostbusters-related projects. I...

Dude, this is awesome! But how did you negotiate this with the Mrs.?! She was actually pretty supportive, if not a little reserved about losing some space in the downstairs kitchen for it. Lol. I was looking at some of the progress pics I had saved on my phone, and I remembered that she actually he...

For comparison, I found a short vid on my phone of what the room looked like after we built only the far wall but before we really got going with it.

Thanks! Yeah, I tried to squeeze in as many Easter eggs as I could. There are a couple things left to do before it’s finished. I have to put in the drop ceiling and hang my degrees behind the desk; that’s what the open space on the wall is for.

Here's a video of a short walkthrough of the space, as well as a couple videos of some of the things I've wired up in the room.

It's been a hot minute since I posted, so bear with me. When my wife and I moved into our current home back in 2021, there was a storage room in the basement that could only be accessed from the downstairs garage. I immediately saw the potential. Besides, I needed a place to store all my collectible...

So, I was carrying my packs from the Ecto back to my GB room, one secured on my back and one (my Haslab pack) one-strapping on my left shoulder. I was walking down my carport, when the quick-release gave way and BAM. Haslab hits the concrete. I got it inside and assessed the damage. The threaded con...

He meant exactly that. His actual quote is "You want A baby? Go ahead and knock up some willing hell hound". Had it been "the baby" then it would have made more sense that he was telling him to conjure something up to get past them to get to Oscar. So yeah it seems he did mean g...

For some context, I built this from scratch. Everything except the door anyway. While the project had been rattling around in my head for sometime, my stepdad's acquisition of the door by pure accident is what kickstarted the project. I know it has one-too-many panels, but it was free! From there, I...

After kicking around this idea for a while, I actually tackled this concept last year. I was inspired to finish this project by the lockers that I saw at Halloween Horror Nights at USF. Pics to follow.

I'm about 90% sure that the Stay Puft in that auction was formerly displayed above the main doors of the Hollywood Casino in Tunica, MS. I used to have a picture of it, but it escapes me as of right now.

After years of service, this car has been retired. Most of you probably already know what happened. For those of you that don't, we were coming back from a birthday party Saturday in Iuka, MS when the trailer upon which Ecto was secured started to fishtail. I gave it gas and activated the trailer br...

I can get over the women-leading thing, and I like most of the names being tossed around...except Melissa McCarthy. She just tries too hard. IMO, she tends to get a little overbearing. Also, they need to bring back everyone they can from the original films, but I'm sure they've already got that in m...

I wonder if the old Ecto-2 would be too heavy to convert to a remote-controlled helicopter. Woul probably have to guy it, at the very least.
