Welcome aboard, Sean! :)

A little sneak preview of one of the bedrock parts of this whole project: the newest attempt to produce plans of Fire Station №23, based on the LiDAR scan Luke posted on his Instagram (which is probably my 4th, or 5th attempt to map this beast of a building out.) It's still an early work-in-progress...

I've seen it three times at the cinema, myself. If it's still showing, go and see it before the run ends. :)

I wonder if the any of the upcoming new gear shells could be the extreme and 2016 proton pistols? Doubtful, as that would require a whole new character animation to implement (either single-handed for Kylie, or two-handed for Holtzmann), and we've seen that while Illfonic is happy to go to the effo...

Sometimes they film stuff that's only ever intended for the trailers, and I'm willing to bet the rooftop sequence was just that.

Given the movies name, and some of the poster material showing the gb's around ecto walking into a frozen city, it was basically expected. The trailers and marketing were very deceptive, they gave the impression of something much grander in scale than what the final movie had. And we got a frozen-o...

But how does this account for the LEGO Firehouse, which is the most canon layout of them all? It doesn't. And the LEGO Firehouse set isn't the most canon layout as it takes some very big liberties with the layout, moving some of the stuff that took place on the Second Floor and putting it on the Th...

I recall reading something, and I think it was possible sourced from Luke's instagram/Firehouse set designer diary, that the darkroom and adjoining laboratory (with phone booth) are located through the door at the top of the stairs, at the back of the third floor).

So I guess that they weren't really in the public eye with a lot of attention in those 1.5 years. What was also weird was the shot featuring all of NYC frozen, and w...

1. If the containment unit was emptied and all ghosts set free, where is Gozer? Somewhere else, because Gozer was never in the Firehouse Containment Unit? 2. If the Manhattan society freed Garraka in 1908 using the encantation how did Garraka end up back in the orb? Perhaps an audio recording isn't...

I am -very- hopeful for a directors cut, free of these constraints (primarily time) so we can possibly see more of the OGB's. Gil has confirmed there won't be a director's cut, but there will be deleted scenes on one of the home release media. Rewatching the film today, I think there may be another...

It may not be perfect, but I think it hits a lot of the notes what many would hope to see in a Ghostbusters movie. I feel that in the end we need to accept that no movie is ever going to quite recapture the magic of what made the original so special, but it doesn't mean we can't still have enjoyable...

Most online reviewers (Angry Joe, etc.) seem to agree the movie is apparently intended more for children. Probably for the picture of her in the apartment when Garraka reclaims his horns.

Repossessed is Ray and Podcast's haunted items show.

I really hope Ghost Corp mothballed that set for the future. If there is another movie after Frozen Empire , and should the Firehouse feature in it, I can guarantee it'd be a whole new set build... I'd consider the new Ducktales largely an improvement on the original, and it was pretty entertaining. The Big Hero 6 TV series for the most part was pretty decent (apart from the final season, where it really lost steam)... I would've loved a sequel to the movie, but evidently that wasn't on the ca...
