I remember seeing the photo awhile back. You believe the one with the goggles in the back is supposed to be Ray or Ray’s body double? You don’t think it is supposed to be another one of the kids wearing the goggles? :):):)

Well the Wolfhard double is driving and the Grace double is riding "shotgun". So thats both kids accounted for.
And it looks like the guy in back is in a jumpsuit, too me at least. Maybe Ray is in the back controlling the hydraulics and proton equipment for the chair.

Probably not until the trailer comes out, this being the first in-universe movie in 30 years, I'm certain they're keeping the ghosts under wraps for as long as possible for maximum impact.

Based on all these pictures I'm guessing 95% of GB2020 will be a rusty Ecto 1 parked in various locations around a small town. It'll be a tone poem. There will be no dialogue. It will be scored to Mozart's Requiem Mass and be 217 minutes long. Jason will win the Palm D'or at Cannes for GB2020. Fin.

We'll see how right I end up being.
That's pretty much the exact same plot speculation I posted lol.

Great minds & all that.

Definitely cool to actually see it in action. I have a feeling that the original Ecto would have toppled on it's side if they tried to make turns at those speeds with it. They must have really beefed the Wrecktos up with some performance suspension.

The 1A would have rolled upside down!

Is it just me or do the silos look similar to the traps they used in the jewelers store in GB2? Probably just coincidence but when I saw the three prongs on top it’s the first thing I thought of. You can see a picture of those traps on page 12 of this thread. viewtopic.php?f=13&t=28966&start=330

Oh, man... great point.

They're not one-to-one, but they might be technologically adjacent.

The Wrecto Candace and the Calgary group saw was parked near the location of a local convention, though it may have been parked there temporarily between filming blocks.

I asked her about the mesh surrounding the seat-mounted Pack, whether the holes were hexagonal or circular, and she conferred with one of her colleagues. To quote her reply exactly:
Full on circles
I saw the photo myself
Then there was something I came across on the Ghostbusters Spoilers Group, regarding this photo:

Image

-A member of the Spoiler group noted it as being present at 102 N. Division St. in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and checking Google maps, the location matches 100%:

The wooden utility pole with the poster for Elaine is in the left-hand screenshot.

A different member of the Spoiler group indicated the account may've been set up by a member of one of the Oklahoma Ghostbusters franchieses. Given the new information from Candace, and the fact the street photo was taken in Oklahoma rather than Canada, I think we can stick a fork in the "Summerville County Ghostbusters" and call it: myth busted.

Cool. Nice work Ben!

I tried FB messaging her the same question, but my message is probably in some Facebook limbo since we don't know each other.

I’m curious how much of the movie has been shot so far that we don’t know about. Interior shots and sound stages, maybe other on location shots that haven’t drawn attention because there’s not a giant Cadillac everyone recognizes to raise awareness. We’ve barely seen the actors in the location photos.

It's crazy what Hollywood is getting done in secret recently. We hardly know anything about this movie in all reality. The Breaking Bad movie was done before most people knew it was filming. Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood was filmed at the height of the Mister Rogers craze and with Tom Hanks starring but almost nothing got out about it.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will be an interesting movie to watch to see what they got away with in filming. I mean the movie is about 45 days out from it's Netflix premiere and we only know 2 cast members.

I wonder if this film takes place in an alternate dimension from GBII and the video game... Perhaps crossing the streams caused the Ghostbusters to be in two dimensions simultaneously, and that's why the Ecto 1A is gone. Manhellttan and all that.

LOL! As fantastic as the world of Ghostbusers has become I think they would save that kind of story for the comics. ;)

It is much easier to believe in the 31 years following Ghostbusters 2 the car had been reworked quite a few times. :):):)

There has to be soundstage shooting happening either right now, or more likely when they wrap location shooting. I'm curious as to whether the stage stuff will also be in Canada or if they end up going back to LA like the original 2 movies.
