I would suggest that Labyrinth got the idea from RGB, but the following statements argue against it :
-Labyrinth came out in 1986, which means it was filmed in 1985, which was a year before season ONE of The Real Ghostbusters
-Labyrinth was created by Jim Henson and George Lucas - Must I explain further?

There are SO many similarities all throughout TV and what-not. Whilst the similarities ARE there between these 2, I could point out many that are trifling different. That is pretty neat though as these are 2 of my favorite visual candies.

They both resemble the moblins from the Legend of Zelda too. I'm sure the artists are just using a generic goblin face as inspiration.

Moblins can be more pig-like or dog-like depending on which game they are represented in, so you are right in saying they all share the same inspiration.
