Hey everyone i just wired and fished my first pack. I did not wire the hat light or button on the wand tip for now though (they are there but are non-functioning) and i have gone though the site and seen how people did it and am confident i can pull it off but i had a few questions:
Every push button switch i have seen seems way too deep for the ear i have on my pack. Is this common for people? Is there a certain switch people use that has less of a depth?
When you wire it up, do you leave the bottom of the switch and light exposed? if not what do you use to cover it up? I have seen a lot of examples of wiring during builds, but not a lot of pictures of the underside of the "ear" after its completed. Just curious what others have done.
Thanks!
