I'm searching around for the easiest (not a DIY project) options to buy to simply wall mount the Mattel Neutrino Wand on the wall for display.

There's the metal V-hook in the parts sections of the shop here - http://www.gbfans.com/shop/pack-parts/metal-v-hook/ but that runs $60 and seems a little steep for what I'm doing. Found some similar around the same price line on other sites but won't link them here.

Do any experienced pack builders here know of a good alternative solutions for simple wall mounting I could purchase?

I don't have a Matty Wand, but the 3M Command Broom Gripper (https://www.amazon.com/Command-Broom-Mo ... B00U82D0PM ) comes in handy when displaying Star Wars Force FX lightsabers. I presume one or two of those could secure a wand to a wall (and yet be easy to remove to play with).

That's funny, I recently got a black series FX lightsaber and bought some 3d printed holders to mount them on my wall. : ) Thanks for the suggestion, that is a pretty cheap easy idea.

The matty wand has a female metal hook connection on it already though, something that aligns to that would look cleaner. I'm just not keen on dropping $60 on a wall mount option and searches so far haven't been promising.

They come in multiple pack quantities if you search Amazon.

They're nicely padded, and each hook rotates 360-degrees. I've used them to mount my Star Wars blasters, lightsabers, and full proton pack to the wall.

Do you have a friend with a 3D Printer? I drew the outer V-hook in Sketchup, based on my measurements from my pack's Matty V-Hook.

Late reply, but thanks everyone for the suggestions. I'm not going to go the 3d printed out right off the bat due to the price point, so I think I'm going to try the guitar hooks first - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KDU5RIC. The price point alone on these is worth a shot.

I'll post updates (probably in a month) with how the guitar hooks work out.

I bought those guitar hooks that Astyanax recommended as well. I'm using one to hang my PKE meter right next to my pack. I was hoping I could make one of the other ones work for the Matty trap somehow but couldn't get it to work. Great hooks though Astyanax. Thanks for the recommend!

Test printed my model in clear PLA, 30% hex infill. Quite tough and as you can see, fits fine.

Is that printed from a 3d printer? I'm looking for one for my Matty wand. Its like the last piece of the puzzle for my pack.

I 3D printed the one above, yes.

If you need a Matty V-Hook, I got mine (proper aluminum) from CPU64, GB2 style. It was $40-ish.
