Hello from France.
I didn't had the opportunity for this topic before, so, sorry to be so late!!! :-P
I created a topic on this page http://www.gbfans.com/fans/props/proton-packs/7364/ but since a few years I can't upload more pics, but I posted an album on Facebook on "Ghostbusters Franchises Worldwide". So I'll proceed the same way I did on Ghostbusters France's Forum...
I'll put more pics but slowly, because I don't have internet at home... :-P

I wanted to build a Proton Pack since October 2011, to be precise, 2 weeks before Halloween 2011. I wanted to build my Own Pack, but at that time, I was not thinking about Fiberglass Shell, and Welded aluminum parts. A friend was supposed to weld all parts, but jhe didn't answered me for a few years, so I decided to learn how to braze aluminum. I know Brazing is not Welding, but I wanted to Do It Myself.
And I'd like to share this adventure with all of you...

So here we go!!! Before we start, I just want to tell that I used Stefan et Elite's Plans!!!

I starded this Project in 2012 with this objects.

I got this frame from a french seller on Ebay...
Image

and these Clippard were bought on a french distributor which is located a few meters from my Work Place... How lucky I am!!! :-D
Image

P.S: Sorry for my english!!! :-)

Image

And this stuff from a store in Paris...
Image

That was in June 2012 from GB Fans...
Image

I recently sold some gun knobs to a friend because you'll see on the next pics that I made myself the gun knobs, but at the time I received these knobs I didn't think to make it myself, that's why I bought them...
#4903239
In august 2012, I received this from GB Fans...

My LC-1 Alice Frame
Image
Image

And my Gun Track... That I sold to a friend because I made it myself (you'll see on the next pics!!! :-P)
Image
Image

In September 2012, I bought plastics and Aluminum Tubes and Boards... Basicly, a friend was supposed to cut and weld all aluminum parts for my Pack, but he didn't answered me for years. So I took step for aluminum... But here are the pics...

I'll upload more pics on the next Tuesday...

Have a nice weekend!!! :-D

On May 2013, I tried for the first time Aluminum Brazing...
But I failed my first Ion Arm Trial... So that was my first Lesson which was fix all parts before brazing... :-P

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

End of May 2013, I added Foam on the Frame...
Image
Image
Image

I like grey... :-P

In June 2013,

I couldn't work on my Pack until April 2014, because I shut my car door on my Left Hand... So smart!!! :-P
When I was ready to work on it, I bought an aluminum hexagonal bar, some aluminum and brass boards, some drill bits and some hole saw dill bits and...
Image
I used this for the Booster Frame...
Image

Home-made Shock Mount...

Image
Image
Image
Image

A loan from my Boss!!! :-D
Image

and a progression on my Bumper...
Image

End of April 2014, first trial of Bumper Brazing...
Image
Image
Image

Booster mounting before brazing on May 2014
Image
Image

With a 45mm tube which is used as a stand...
Image

Image

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Booster Sanding!!!
Image
Image
Image

and my failed brazed Bumper !!!
Image
Image
Image

July 2014:
I finally used a glue and some nails and clamps to fix all parts of the Pack...

Image

Image
Image
Image
Image

As you can see, I used a part of an aluminum tube for the PPD...
Image

A little preview of it...
Image
Image
Image
Image

and with my home-brazed Bumper and Shock Mount...

Image
Image

End of October 2014, I Used some Masic and 2 different types of Coating or Filler...
Image
Image
Image
Image

Image

the thick one...

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

and the thin one...

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And that was the last thing I did in 2014...
I took so long, and I can say I still take so long, because I didn't have a lot of money, no a lot of time, not expreience, and not a place to work on... But I'm quite happy of this progression!!! :-D

Hello, :-D
Back on the topic...

And back on 2015, April 2015 to be more specific...

That was my first time wearing my Frame with the Foam...
Image
Image
Image

And a few weeks later, Some cutting on aluminum tubes and boards...
Image
Image
Image
Image

And starded this... :-D
Image
Image
Image

In July 2015...
Image

And I was trying to fit the tube which will become the N-Fliter...
Image
Image
Image

I made the EDA Box Corner with an a part of an aluminum tube...
Image
Image

At the time, I was thinking about some SMAL STUFF to go before to finish my Pack, Like Assemnling, Gluing, Sanding, Primering, Painting, Adding the Silicine, Fiber-Glass, and Getting my Mold... And that's it...
But I didn't realized HOW LONG and HOW HARD it could be!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image
Image

End of September 2015...
some update with small holes on the Cycltron Discs, thanks to Pimouss from Ghostbusters France for his help!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

A little Sanding, especially the Crank Generator edges...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And do you know what is this???
Image
Image
Image

or maybe this...
Image
Image

Or maybe that...
Image
Image
Image

At this moment, I was NOT REALLY CONFIDENT, because I remember all failed brazed parts I tried before... Anyway, that was scary and exciting aat the same time...

October 2015
Some bevel on my THIRD ION ARM and my GUN...
Image
Image
Image
Image

I realized I made a mistake on the gun measurement, but now , it was better
Image

In the middle of October, I received these PVC parts from Boufather from Friendly ghostbusters (thanks to him), I know, I will take to thank every one who helped me)... In spite of the fact I used aluninum boards instead of PVC...
Image

Some marking, that was funny!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image

for the Powercell, Crank Generator and the Gun Mount Box!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image

November 11 of 2015...
One day for one thing with two trials... OUCH (that was not the only thing I did, fortunately... :-P)
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

These red lines, were not for the paint, but for cutting, because I had a 10cm tube for a 9.2cm N-Filter...

I finally did my EDA disc with the right measurement and without the holes... :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image

Image

I cut my Booster Frame, but didn't had to sand it or use a file...
Image

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

End of November 2015, I got this for marking on aluminum, because I was so disappointed by my first Bumper That I wanted to make another one...
Merci encore Boufather!!! :-D
Image

another Bumper and Bumper stand for the clamp...
Image
Image
Image
Image

Drilling holes of a third tube for the N-filter and that was better...
This is IT, THIS IS DEFINITELY IT!!! :-P
Image
Image

Bumper Cutting...
Image

Bumper stand cutting...
Image

Booster Frame sanding...
Image

and hand-made folding!!! :-P
Image
Image

end of 2015... :-)
More pics to come!!! :-D

Since 2016 I added more pictures in a month than before 2016 in a year... So I won't put all the pics on the same reply...

I starded at the end of January with the Bumper assembling and fixing before brazing...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

and my Booster Frame Brazing, some sanding to go, but I was quite happy!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

February 2016...
Image
Image
Image

By now, my Bumper is not totally finished, cause I plan to put some aluminum square barr to make it stronger...

Two weeks later...
Image
Image
Image
Image

I starded this... MY Third ION ARM
Image
Image
Image
Image

On the next reply, you'll see one of my scariest moment...
The GUN Brazing!!! :-P

2nd day of March 2016:
That was the time to be prepared for the Gun Brazing...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I started to braze front part of the Gun, and my heart was so fast because I knew that brazing aluminum in a small zone without melting anything is not EASY AT ALL...
Image
Image
Image

The night between the 2nd and the 3rd of March was about to be a NIGHTMARE...
I cut some part of tubes and fixed with Stainless Steel Rivets to keep them from any movement, and getting more surface to braze...
Image
Image
Image
Image

I didn't take pictures at that moment, but I used some clamps to keep all the parts fixed together...
But while I was brazing the Gun, I accdentally made a brutal movement that Broke athe folded EDGE that links the Heatsink side and the Upper Part of Gun. It was broken because I made a bevel so deep that the board was thin...
So I had 2 ways...

- Either I chose to start again (Marking, cutting, sanding, the bevel...), but it took six months for me to do this, and somewhere, I was not propared to spend six more months for a Gun...

- Or I chose to find a solution to fix it. But I had only one chance, not two... It means that was MY LAST SHOT... Cause if I failed, I would have to go to the first choice, STARTING OVER...

In the mean time, it was 3 O'Clock in the morning. So I tried to fix it. I was not sure about what I was doing, but I din't care because I was to tired to care about anything!!! LOL. I started to braze the Rear Barrel with the Gun Box to maintain the weight for fixing and brazind the broken Edge... And it worked... And I didn't stop brazing because I found a way to brazing wihout melting... Then I found my way!!! :-D
There it is... with an inside view of the Gun...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

In spite of the fact that I was a little disappointed of my gun, due to the bent sides and tubes of the gun because of the Heat, I FINALLY MADE MY GUN. And I did this the 3rd of March 2016, date of the Ghostbusters 2016 Trailer... That was a sign!!! LOL :-P

For your information, the picture of me with the Gun was taken at 8 O'Clock in the morning. It means that I haven't slept the whole night, and I only slept for 3 hours the Night before, and the other Night before... and I had to go to WORK!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image

To end this Gun brazing, making this Gun was one of the greatest adventure, and the hardest on the same time!!! :-D

3rd March at night...
Well, normally, I was supposed to sleep at 10 pm, but I sanded a bit... So I slept at midnight... But at least, I slept, that night!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And here is the Gun at work (at my break time... :-P) and with the Black Rubber Grip (not fixed yet...)
Image

BONJOUR everybody... :-P
Still in March 2016... I prepared this stuff for the Pack and the Gun...
Image
Image
Image

14th of March 2016,
I did a Home-Graved Booster Frame, and sanded a little bit The Ion Arm et the Gun...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

20th of March 2016,
I cut a few plates for the Gun Track, because I wanted to see if I was able to do it myself, and if it worked, I would sell the GB Fans Gun Track (the one paint in Black) to a Friend... and I cut a Plate for the Gun Base Plate!!! :-D
Image

22th of March,
I did a kind of home-made Lens for the Acrylic Tube...
Image
Image
Image

I took this picture of this small piece, a Rivet Nut I think, because I used six of it for fixing the gun with bolts...
Image

AND VOILÀÀÀ!!! :-P
Image
Image

I used a Stainless Steel brush with a Dremmel for the Gun...
Image
Image
Image
Image

a little prevew of the Lens inside the Clear Tube (but not fixed yet...)
Image
Image

Voilà!!! :-P

8th of April 2016, I asked to someone who use to work on aluminum to dig a little bit on the inner diameter of this Aluminum tube...
Image
Image
Image

To fix the Clear Tube...
Image
Image

I wanted to put a Felt between the Front Barrel and the Clear Tube, I found a red one but I plan to replace it by a Black one...
Image
Image

And I work on this, I think you what this is!!! :-P
Image

Some markings on the Gun...
Image

Cutting the small part of the V-Hook...
Image
Image
Image

The night between 12th and 13th of April, I marked the Gun Track... :-D

Image
Image

And the cutting of the large part of the V-Hook...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I made holes for a 6 mm Bolt to keep the V-Hook as strong as possible...

19th of April 2016:
I worked on it...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I cut a Stainless Steel plate...
Image

For the Female Stainless Steel V-Hook...
And the V-Hook Stand...
Image

A hammer and here it is!!! :-D
Image
Image

Image
Image

Trying the V-Hook System...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And a trial on the V-Hook Stand which is about 2 kgs...
Image

And with the Gun (without the Gun Track because, it's not finished yet...)
Image
Image
Image

Even if I was quite happy to succeed my home-made V-hook, I was planning to make another one with more precision...

20th of April:
I got a good news and a bad news...
The bad news is: I haven't slept AGAIN...
The GOOD NEWS is This...
Image

Image
Image

Preparation for the vent...
Image

A Little file, and we got a not really precise vent...

Salut tout le monde!!! :-P

May 2016:
Time to back on the basics: a paper and a pen... :-P
I did this, I just went back from Vacation!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image

The first Sunday of May 2016, I couldn't work a lot because we had a visit...
But I could work a bit on IT...
Image
Image
Image
Image

I wanted to see how were Aluminum pieces on the Gun, the Heatsink was not perfectly fit but I plan to rectify later... when my shell will be done...
Image
Image
Image
Image

There it is...
Image

Does anyone know what this is?
Image

I used a part of the Green Wire for this...
Image
Image

Bon cette photo pourra peut-être vous servir d'indice...

Image

I finally glued the Clear Lans inside the Clear Tube...
Image
Image

On my way back home (cause I use to work on my Pack in my Girlfriend's parents's house... :-P) , while I put some gasoline on my car, I bought this!!! :-P
Image

And when I went back home, I continued to Mark some aluminum plate for the F.H.A but one part was missing, not space enough...
Image
Image
Image
Image

Next weekend of May 2016...
There they were...
Image
Image

Cutting and Bevel before Brazing...
Image
Image
Image

Unfortunately, I melted The front Barrel due to the Heat of my Torch, I spent too much time at one zone...
Image
Image

But I saved three pieces...
Image
Image
Image
Image

So I plan to get another Tube, and hoped to succeed this time...

Middle of May 2016:
I got some new tubes for F.H.A... From the same guy who work into aluminum...
Image
Image

24th of May 2016:
I couldn't Braze because of the weather... It was raining a LOT... So I did this...
A CHEESE MODE GUN TRACK TRIAL...
Image
Image

I drilled some holes and filed the Trigger Box and Rear Box...
Image
Image
Image
Image

and at the end of the day, I used a Jigsaw for the Gun Track...
Image

And there it was...
Image
Image

Monday morning, I filed the Track...

Image
Image

And there you got a comparison, from my "NOT BRAZED YET GUN TRACK" to the GB Fans Gun Track...

Image
Image

Last weekend of May 2016:
Still Raining, then NO BRAZING... So I did something else...
Image
Image

Middle of June 2016:
NO RAINING!!! :-D
So I went back to the Brazing Mode!!! :-P Not filed yet...
Image
Image

And the Trigger Ring...
Image
Image
Image

Of course, I planned to work on the Trigger Ring later...
I didn't retry to braze the whole FHA system at this moment, because I was scared to melt this again...

And on my break time, I used a saw for this...
Image

26th of June 2016, I used the Dremmel for the Ring and the Track!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image

And my Gun, without my FHA...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

July 2016:
I spent a lot of time for this stuff...
Home-made GUN TRACK DISCS and the SMALL KNOB (the one next to the Heatsink)...
Image
Image
Image

And the Gun with ALMOST everything!!!

Image
Image
Image

Voilà!!! :-P

I will finish this Reply with one Question:

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS??? I'm talking about the last picture!!! :-P
Image
Image

Have a nice day!!! :-D

It's not in the Proton Pack, but it's FOR the Proton Pack...
So I let you guess that this is... I'l put more pictures tomorrow...

:-D
#4903988
Hello everyone...

So now you know what it's supposed to be...
Image

But let's go back on the 10th of July 2016...
I did this with a few 3 mm Aluminum Plates, because in 2014 I tried to braze a FHA for a friend, and in April 2016 my own FHA... I failed both of them because I coudn't find a way keep all the parts to braze still without pressure with clamps... What's why I did this GUN BRAZING CARDS.

I didn't had the opportunity to take the pics of brazing aluminum, so I asked to my girlfriend to take the camera...
Image
Image
Image
Image

And VOILÀ!!! :-P
Image
Image

Image
Image
Image
Image

And with the Black Rubber Grip... not glued. In a way it's cool, no need to glue, well, not yet...
Image

I haven't sanded anything yet...

11th of July 2016,
I mean the night from10th to 11th of JULY!!! :-P
I used the Dremmel for the FHA...
Image
Image

I took a picture of me with my Gun, I was so happy to braze it finally!!! :-D
Image

Image
Image

And time to sleep a bit... :-P
about 10am...
I started to brazed the Rear Box and the Trigger Box Separately...
Image
Image

2 hours later...
Image
Image
Image

I took pics of what did this weekend...
Image
Image

All the parts for the Rear Cylinder and Front Cylinder Ready to be Brushed and Brazed...
Image

And my Schedule... :-P
Image

ET VOILÀ!!! :-D
#4904146
Hello. Today is time to update... :-P
14th of July 2016:
Time to Braze the Rear and the Front Cylinders
Image

But I got 2 problems that day:
-The first one was my Rear Cylinder that broke. Because I made it so thin that it couldn't stand the Heat...
Image

but I had another tube so I coudt find a way out of this bad situation...
Image

And then, the second problem: my Dremmel went away... :-( So I had to finish with a saw and a file...

Before brazing...
Image
Image

After Brazing...
Image

With a rivet Nut...
Image

And some rivet Nuts on my Rear Box...
Image

16th of July 2016,
I used my break Time to File my Cylinders...
Image
Image

18th of July 2016, I spent a long time assembly all the pieces I've done with some GB Fans Knobs and Heatsink... As you can see, the Rear Cylinder needed an adjustment, but I did it later...
And so is my Gun...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Sorry if took a lot of pics of me with my Gun, but I was so happy of what I did!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image

A closer look on the Clear Tube and My Trigger Ring!!! :-D
Image
Image

And I started to build the Tube Extension System at the end of the day...
Image
Image
Image

Still work to do, but My gun was ALMOST DONE!!! :-D
#4904422
Hi Everyone, sorry for this late update.
Let's go come to 2016, 24th July to bo specific!!! :-P
I used a bigger tube and a file for That!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image

I folded this...
Image
Image

and a little view of these two pieces on my Gun...
Image

And I Prepared all the stuff for the C.T.E.S: the Clear Tube Extension System...
I'd like to thank C.Fago and Cyland Props for their ideas... :-D
So I used a Piano String, an L Bracket, and Aluminum plates...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Unfortunately, the System didn't work... I mean it worked but SHORTLY. Because of the weight of the Tube to Push andd Pull, all the mechanism was slding everywhere...

So the next Day, I had to find a way. I kept all the L Bracket system, but I had to make another L level, which doens't look like an L anymore, cut another plate to keep all the stuff as strong as possible...
and there is the latest system...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Closing mode...
Image
Image
Image

and opening mode...
Image
Image
Image

The same day, my friend Martin (MC77) helped me for the filler plugs, but I was so focused on the brazing that I didn't realized I brazed it on Uspide Down Mode!!! LOL But I plan to make it up later...
Image
Image
Image

Voilà!!! :-D

Salut... :-D
25th August 2016:
I went back from vacation...
So I worked a bit on my Master...
Image
Image
Image
Image

I also used a Product called Metolux, it's Resin with aluminum powder...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

With different sanding papers, that is what we got...
Image
Image
Image

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And a little view of aluminum plates for the Gun Mount Box, the Powercell, and the Crank Generator... Nothing glued yet...
Image

Image
Image

12th September 2016: I glued the Gun Mount Box Plates and the round plates from the Synchronious Generator...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

Martin (MC77) helped me to cut this aluminum stuff to keep the Ion Arm stronger...
Image

19th September 2016, folding time...
Image

And 26 September 2016, I worked on it...
Image

to make a home-made Diamond Knurl and markings for my futur home made Knobs!!! :-P
Image

October 2016, I bought a 6mm Aluminum plate and some hole saw drill bit...
Image

I fixed it and I cut the head of the screw... Attached it to the Drill...

And there it is... A home made upper Knob Disc!!! :-D

Hello tout le monde... And sorry for the late update...
Back to 9th October 2016, I spent 2 days for ONLY ONE THING: THE N-FILTER...
I prepared everything...
Image

It took so long because of the thickness of the aluminum tube.
Image
Image

Unfortunately, nothing got stuck perfectly. I didn't stay long enough to melt the rod with the plate and the tube...
So I draw what happened because I didn't have the opportunity to take the pics...
And sorry because, everything is in french... :-P
The only thing I could say is that the red stuff is the melted aluminum rod...
Image
Image

And there was the problem...
Image
Image

At last, right after sanded with different sanding papers...
Image
Image
Image
Image

That was a hard weekend... BUT I FINALLY GOT MY OWN N-FILTER!!! :-D

13th October 2016, I wanted to show the MELTED hand grip of a tool because of the heat during the N-Filter brazing...
Image

I worked on my Upper Knob Disc to add a litlle screw...
Image

And the Side Knob Discs, and use this time to compare the GB Fans one (on the left) to my home made one (middle and right)
Image
Image

And the Upper Knobs Upper Knob (GB Fans on the Left and MINE on the Right...).
Image
Image

I also changed my six aluminum rivet nut for an m3 screw into six Stell Rivet nut for a m4 screw, to make it a bit stronger...
Image
Image

LAST WEEKEND OF OCTOBER 2016 WAS DEDICATED TO A REBUILD OF MY SECOND V-HOOK, BECAUSE I DIDN'T TRUST THE STRENGH OF MY FIRST ONE...

So I started to mark the Female Part on a 0.8mm Stainless Steel Plate...
Image

And two large parts of the Male V-Hook... Of of these will be used as a stand for the female one...
Image

Cutting...
Image
Image
Image

Folding...
Image
Image

And this time, I used a MDF Plate instead of hitting directly with a hammer...
Image

Et voilà...
Image
Image

And there you have a comparison from my old one to the new one...
Image
Image
Image
Image

Same thing with the Male Parts... I didn't use the right bit for the first one. So I used for this time a Countersink Drill Bit...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And with the Gun...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And I ended my last weekend of October 2016 by Cutting plates for my Rear Box and Trigger Box...
Image

Voilà!!! :-D

P.S: I uploaded the V-Hook album on Facebook's Ghostbusters Franchises Worldwide!!! :-D But I wanted to share to everybody, even those people who don't have a Facebook page!!! :-D

Some Filler on the Center Cover...
Image

Sanding and PVC glued on the E.D.A Box...
Image

I cut 2 two Cyclotron Discs... to get the Upper ones larger than the lower ones...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I glued the middle plate and a part of a tube on the Crank Generator...
Image

and something I bought on a DIY store for the motherboard!!! :-D
Image

I let some painting tape on my stuff because all parts that which will be glued don't need top be painted...

24th March 2017, in the morning... Yeah, I didn't slept the whole night again...
But I think you know why... :-P
By the way, I tried a new Grey Paint filler which needed 24 hours before another coat...

Image
Image
Image
Image

And a little view of my Pack...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

And some Paint Filler on all parts...
Image
Image
Image
Image

And this time I slept (a bit... :-P)

25th March 2017:

Coucou EVERYBODY!!! :-D

28th April 2018:
I went to the factory which sold my aluminum barrs, tubes and plates, to cut the excess of aluminum for my home-made Heatsink... Still some work on it, I was so happy to realize it!!! :-D
Image
Image

Middle of May 2017:

I went Back on my Third Ion Arm...
I strenghtened the inside with an L barr to make it a bit stronger...
Image

And here is the beast!!! :-D Or kind of...
Image
Image
Image

End of May 2017:
I sanded a Bit...
Image
Image
Image
Image

And the next day, I added some M4 rivet nuts, for the resistor... I know Normally, I should have take the M3 for the Size accuracy, but the M3 were in Aluminum, and my M4 were in Steel, so I made my choice!!! :-P
Image
Image
Image
Image

5th June 2017:
I spend the whole day for ONE thing: The ION ARM EXTENSION...
So I Used some Roll Pin to fasten it!!! :-D With some Brass Barr!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image

9th July 2017:
I Finally assemblied all the Parts, GLUED (AT LAST), added some mastic, and paint with a Spray Filler!!! :-D
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I know, at that moment, it needed to be sanded, but that was the next plan!!! :-D

20th August 2017:
I wanted to Paint the WHOLE STUFF IN BLACK...
Maybe because I wanted to see the results... I mean what it could look like, and what could be the zones to sand...
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I Used a Sanding Paper which worked with water to make all the surface as flat as possible... (Thanks to Pimouss and Nikos Kustom from Ghostbusters France for their IDEA!!! :-D)
And I used another Filler and A WHITE PRIMER... I just took some pictures of it, because it remend me someone who make a Pack for a Wii!!! :-P
Image
Image

AND BACK TO THE BLACK...
Image
Image
Image

Sorry, we got a better view when it's dry!!! :-D
