I want the pack Im building to have a good amount of volume. Was curious if anyone in the community measured the decibel levels on their pack? Was curious of what sound levels you guys get.
If so is there a point where it is too loud?
What is a good point where you feel like it will be heard over the din of a con floor?

I didn't test the decibels of my kit when I tested it out, still waiting to build my pack. But it seemed decently loud, although I could not turn the volume all the way up because it sounded muddy and distorted when I did so.

I have a pretty Powerful speaker in mine, tried a few different volume levels till I found one that I thought was appropriate.

I didn't measure the sound but it really just depends on what your preference is.

I bought the 2w adafruit board and a set of 3w speakers. I maximized the levels of audio clips and have a sound level handy. I'll get you some readings when I start assembling.
P.S. don't know if anyone is into safety or industrial hygiene, but i definitely feel like egon when I do air and noise sampling.
