It's also possible that ut's just easier to leave them off. Less colors you need to put on the thing means less expense to produce. As for the toy PKE, again it's either because they didn't want to make it exact so they could get away with it or they didn't know the toy was not accurate to the show and just googled PKE meter or something and picked the first image. I'd rather they just not put in the PKE meter.
