Last year at Halloween someone used an app on their phone (think it was an iphone) to add a sort of proton stream effect to a Halloween costume and a ghost trap, I think it was an app that had a huge library of special effects. Having a look online I can see there is a "Movie FX" app for Instagram, there's somehting rather like a proton stream effect for "wizard battles", but it's just for the iphone version of Instagram.

I just got myself an android phone, anyone know of an android app that can add a half-decent proton stream to a photo?

There's an app called "eye candy photo editor." it costs a buck on google play but you can add decent proton streams to photos in no time.

I don't know of any apps that do that, however the Ghostbusters iPad game let you catch ghosts that only your iPad could see. Fun stuff, but my iPad became too warn out to handle it.
