Tried this out last night and I'm really happy with the results.

Both sides sprayed and left to sit over night.

This is after a quick wipe down with a shop towel. The writing (for the most part) came right off.

Sprayed a little more Easy-Off and hit it with the same towel to clean them up a little.

I know this thread is old, but I thought I'd throw this out there. Easy off is not required. I removed the text with just a scrub sponge (the yellow/green kind), dish soap and water. I don't know if the soap was necessary, but it appeared to me to come off more easily with it.
