Just received my small khaki Tru-Spec (first flight suit!) and patches so I'm one happy noob. 
The suit is fine everywhere above the waist; below that things start to get pretty baggy.
The zipper ends far past my crotch area which causes the pant legs to be significantly long, covering both of my feet . (I know that shouldn't matter once they're tucked into my boots, I'm not that noob-y. 
) I'm a female of small stature (5'2) so you can imagine my frustration, lol.
Anyways, yes, I have someone able to tailor it, but I'm not sure how much that'll affect the suit (will the pockets be messed up?). I'm not a stickler for complete accuracy so any minor alterations shouldn't bug me too badly.
