Been debating doing my own spin on a classic too. The suit is what we all identify as a GB but as a wannabe UK buster an american flight suit feels wrong to me so currently looking at alternatives that would give it more of a local flavour. A jacket is definitely on the cards for me too I think.

Their uniforms looked sloppy and mix matched...

Then Pablo/Weirdo looked real grungy...

I would use my old chicago style leather police jacket and put on the patches...
