Anywhere from about $10 - $50 for a 4 foot by 8 foot sheet, it depends on the thickness as well as the supplier you purchase from...

I am interested in trying this, however all of this is greek to me. I will do some google searching later and see what else I can figure out about it. If anyone else has any other links to this type of info it woul be appreciated. I think there are a lot of little details left out for someone trying for the first time.
