I want to make Kylie's proton gun and ghost trap, but have no idea what I need or how to make it. I'm new to this sort of thing and don't want it to be to completed. So I don't think having it light up or open would be a good idea. Also I'm on a budget so, yah. If anyone can help me figure out how to do this that would be great. Please Help.

Something like football pads or some Moto X padding might make a good base for her armor.
