I made a proton pack in Halo 5's map editor, Forge. Not 100% accurate, but this is mostly due to Forge's limitations. If you've never used Forge, it's kind of like working with digital Legos. You don't model from scratch with Forge; rather, you work with premade objects (various sizes and shapes of building blocks, decorative objects, etc), so you're limited by the available objects (though you can merge/intersect objects to form new shapes).
I modeled this after the GB1 packs (the Omni pack, specifically).
