I've had the parts for this sitting around for months now and finally spent the 10 minutes to put it together.

Looks great. I just found and purchased two of the buttons to make this.
Now to find her desk phone.

You'd need a guaranteed supply of the right buttons, which are becoming rarer compared to the versions with half or full guards featured on them.
Personally, this has got to be one of the simplest props to build as long as you've got the parts, it's basically just a simple case of drilling two holes into the chrome-plated dome and having two correct screws/bolts to fit into the underside of the switch.
